Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags must be attached

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at the email above. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assess and resolve it.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Limited edition or drop-based items

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to order a different size or item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.


European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Returned items must still meet all return conditions listed above:

  • Unused and unworn

  • Original tags attached

  • Original packaging

  • Proof of purchase

Customers remain responsible for return shipping costs.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
